A bit about me…
I am a wife, mother of two and graduate from University of Cumbria; although it was St Martin’s when I started.
I have a background in customer service but decided to retrain at university in IT, web design and multimedia. I wanted to set up a web design business that offered a more personal and affordable solution for clients requiring an effective web presence without paying a fortune. As I have over 10 years experience in the customer service sector I am very aware of how a having a good relationship with clients leads to better results. I may not always be right there at that moment you want to speak to me, after all I am working on my own, but be assured that I will deal with your queries as soon as possible in a professional and effective manner.
Beside creating attractive, affordable websites I also enjoy writing; I write some poetry and short stories and am working on a book for start-ups and SMEs at the moment. I also blog in various places including here and write articles for other sites and bloggers.
I’m a bit of a geek, a would-be gamer (if I had the time) and when I’m not working, writing or looking after my family I read sci-fi/fantasy books. To relax I turn the stereo up and blast out rock music. I play loud so I can’t hear myself sing
